HW-TG7L CLSS-Enabled LTE Commercial Fire Alarm Communicator

Enabled by cooperation between Telguard® and Honeywell®, the HW-TG7L Fire Series starts with Telguard’s model TG-7FS and adds the powerful capabilities of Honeywell’s Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS) Cloud.

IPGSM-4G Communicator

The IPGSM-4G is an easy-to-install, dual path communicator that connects to your fire alarm central station using Internet or cellular technology. The IPGSM-4G offers contact ID reporting with any fire alarm control panel that has a built-in dialer. It connects directly to the primary and secondary communication ports of a fire panel’s Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter (DACT).

The IPGSM-4G offers three selectable reporting paths which include: (cellular only), (IP only), or (IP primary/cellular backup). The IPGSM-4G then reformats the data into highly encrypted Ethernet packets for transmission to the Alarm-Net receiver via customer-provided Internet/Intranet connection or the GSM network. This communicator operates over the following communication protocols: HSPA+ (4G), HSPA (HSDPA & HSUPA) (3G), EDGE (2G) GPRS (2G).

IPDACT-2/2UD Communicator

Honeywell Farenhyt Series IPDACT-2/2UD Communicators and an Ethernet connection simply replace the telephone lines as the primary communications path to the central station. It connects to customer supplied network equipment with a gateway to the Internet. The communicators provide supervised telephone line voltage to both panel DACT ports. Upon network communication loss, telephone line voltage is dropped to the panel and panel reports communication loss trouble. The communicators monitor the connectivity to both the primary and secondary receiver at the central station.
