Shawn started his career at Silent Knight back in December of 1986. He began as an Electronic Repair Technician. It wasn't long before Shawn's talents in troubleshooting and working with people were recognized. In January of 1988 he was promoted to Technical Support. He now enjoys the position of Training Supervisor which includes scheduling technical training. Shawn is NICET III and holds a Power Limited License in Minnesota.
Wendy has been with Silent Knight since April, 1990. She has been a part of Customer Service, Marketing and Accounting over the years and now brings her experience in positive customer relations, event coordination and database management to the training department as Training Coordinator. Wendy does a great job planning and organizing the training class locations, processing class registrations and managing training records.
In March of 2001, Phillip joined Silent Knight and started his career in the Repair Department as a Repair Technician. With a strong background in Sales and Customer Services, he was promoted to the Technical Support Department in May of 2004. Starting in July of 2007, until September of 09, where he accepted a Technical Trainer position. He held two positions, working as a Repair Technician and Technical Support Technician. He brings high product knowledge and experience into the Training Department. Phil is NIECT II certified.
J Brian Brownell
Brian is the newest member of the Silent Knight training department, bringing 30 years experience by providing technical training, sales, product support and installation of security and fire alarm systems. Starting from the ground up Brian is experienced in all facets of the security industry from running cables, programming panels, installing fire alarm systems and working in management roles. Brian has supervised and taught other technicians his skills and looks forward to passing on his knowledge and expertise by teaching others.
